Prior to joining Colibri, Mikell served as CEO of New Horizons Worldwide, where she achieved sustained growth through enhanced customer value and strategic market expansion. At Franklin Covey, she led international growth while transforming domestic business operations and revitalizing its brand. Her passion for education was further evident in her leadership at The Coaches Training Institute, where she developed programs that empowered individuals and reshaped organizational cultures.
