Michelle Franchi Colibri Group
President, Real Estate
"Full of life"

Michelle Franchi

Michelle Franchi is Colibri Group’s president of real estate. In her role, Michelle helps the Colibri real estate team create exceptional learning experiences for students and employees to fulfill their professional ambitions.

As president, Michelle makes sure the Colibri real estate ecosystem provides education that furnishes high completion rates, student confidence in their future, and an engaging learning experience. The real estate ecosystem is one of the largest business units at Colibri with the most consolidated set of brands in the industry: 2 national brands and 7 local brands. The scope of this ecosystem covers the full professional learning needs in real estate from pre-licensing courses and exam preparation to continuing education and professional development.

When she’s not helping others realize their real estate goals, Michelle is cooking big Italian dinners for her big Italian family. She also grows a vegetable garden and, while she’s admittedly not the greenest thumb, she loves a good challenge.

Her favorite Colibri core value (we have five) is boldness: “I love that Colibri Group supports and encourages employees to try new ideas, fail fast, make mistakes, and learn from them.”

Michelle joined the company as general manager nine years ago when Colibri acquired Elite Learning. In this role, she doubled top-line growth and transitioned the organization into an operational center of excellence. Since then, she’s assumed five additional executive roles within the company.

Before Colibri, Michelle worked for EA Sports, leading the digital transformation of one of its most popular product lines, “Madden NFL.” She also managed multiple international product lines for Kodak.

Michelle holds an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.

One million professionals trust Colibri every education cycle to help them manage and advance their career
