Ed Clark

Ed Clark is Colibri Group’s president of accounting. In his role, Ed leads his team with a simple objective: to deliver unmatched education solutions to professionals (and the companies vested in their success) in the accounting industry.  

As president, Ed makes sure our accounting unit — a global leader in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam prep and continuing education — provides education that furnishes high pass rates, student-instructor communication, and an intuitive learning platform to house it all.

Though Ed lives and works in New York, he’s a Southern boy at heart, born and raised in Louisiana. When he can, Ed travels home to enjoy big feasts with immediate family. But he particularly enjoys fishing in south Louisiana and the Florida panhandle — speckled trout, redfish, and flounder are must-catches. 

Ed’s favorite core value is love: “Love requires that you say what you mean, and do what you say. When we make commitments — whether it’s to stakeholders, new business, or customers — we have to hold true to those statements.”

Ed joined Colibri Group in 2019 after a 26-year career at Kaplan, where he honed his expertise in the professional education space. 

He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in marketing and finance from Loyola University.
